1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Tutor Maths ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Educational Services

Tutor Maths provides online mathematics tuition services for students in Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 (GCSE). We strive to provide high-quality educational support, but we do not guarantee specific grades or examination results. Student success depends on various factors including their own effort, attendance, and completion of assigned work.

3. Booking and Payments

• All tuition blocks must be paid for in advance to secure the student's place.
• We operate on a 4-week rolling block system.
• Payments are non-refundable once a block has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
• If a tutor is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer a rescheduled session or refund for that specific lesson.

4. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. For sessions missed with sufficient notice, we will provide a recorded recap and practice materials. We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions within a paid block. Frequent absences may result in the student's place being offered to someone on our waiting list.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors and other students in group sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a student exhibits disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during online sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tuition sessions, including worksheets, practice papers, and video recordings, are the intellectual property of Tutor Maths. These materials are for the personal educational use of the enrolled student only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold to third parties.
